Please note that it can take 2 or more weeks to process your membership, so do not leave it until just before a competition or training session that you want to attend.


Witheridge Riding Club membership runs each year from January 1st 

Senior membership:  £30

Junior membership: £25

Social membership:  £15

(New membership from 1st October for the remaining year: £20)

If you are a current member and you have helped at WRC event or served on the committee, training group, or team captain in 2020, then your membership is reduced by £5 as a small thank you for your much appreciated help.

Junior members can join from the day they become 15 and stay as juniors so long as they are not yet 18 on January 1st 2021.


When filling in the form, you must mark your agreement to the statements at the bottom of the form (see statement below).


To join, fill in and submit the appropriate online form and pay by bank transfer (HSBC Bank, Sort Code 40-27-56, Account 20019356, Witheridge Riding Club with reference sub+surname).


​If you are unable to use the online form and bank transfer, you can pay by cash, cheque (to Witheridge Riding Club). Use the download option, fill in the form and send it to: Ros Fisher-Smith, Beechdale House, West Anstey, South Molton EX36 3PP.


Privacy Notice - Your Personal Information

Personal information that you supply to us may be used in a number of ways to facilitate your riding club membership. It should be noted that as we are affiliated to the British Horse Society as a British Riding Club, your personal information will be shared with them in order to fulfil your BRC membership benefits and they may share with associates for the purpose of fulfilling your full membership benefits i.e. insurance providers. We will also share your contact information with fellow members for the purpose of organising competitions, teams, training and other club activities

We / WRC will automatically contact you about your membership: for example, to ensure you receive your membership benefits, to tell you about news, activities and events. This includes sending you a regular newsletter, email updates, information on other membership benefits, and publishing competition times and results in the public domain. We will also forward to you messages about horse related events, services and sale and wants from third parties.
